●For new orders (single item purchases/first-time subscription orders)
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, or cancellations after an order has been completed, so please be sure to check the product name and quantity before placing your order.


● Subscription
In principle, cancellations after an order has been confirmed will not be accepted for the second or subsequent purchases. If you wish to cancel a regular purchase (subscription), please check the next scheduled payment date on My Page and complete the cancellation or suspension (skip) procedure on My Page by the day before the next scheduled payment date. Please note that we do not send emails informing you of the next scheduled payment date, so please check on My Page yourself. In the unlikely event that you refuse to receive the product without contacting us, we will not be able to cancel or refund your money. If you refuse to receive the product, we will assume that you have waived your rights to the product unless you notify us within 14 days of its return.

●About handling of defective products If the delivered product is insufficient in quantity or has a quality defect, we will accept a return or exchange.
