We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of your user ID and password by a third party, except in cases where we are guilty of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)
1.
In this service, a sales contract is established when the user makes a purchase application to our company and our company notifies the user that the application has been accepted. The ownership of the product is transferred to the user when our company delivers the product to the delivery company.
2.
Our company reserves the right to cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following circumstances: (1) If the user violates these terms and conditions or any individual provisions; (2) If the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or a long absence; or (3) If the trust between our company and the user is otherwise deemed to have been damaged.

Payment methods, delivery methods, purchase cancellation methods, return methods, etc. related to this service will be determined separately by our company.
4.
If a user of a subscription service selects credit card payment, and the transaction cannot be completed due to expiration or credit limit exceedance during the second or subsequent automatic orders, the user will be required to pay using an alternative payment method designated by the Company (bank transfer, etc.). The Company may notify the user separately of the alternative payment method.
Article 5 (Sharing of information with Sustainable Partners)

When a User uses the Service to purchase a Product through a specific Introducer, Sustainable Partner (referring to a sales agent), or affiliated organization, etc., the Company may provide the Sustainable Partner with identifying information regarding the order date, product name, purchase route, etc. for the purpose of managing sales performance and after-sales support, etc.

In addition, for the purpose of providing benefits, post-purchase support, etc., personal information such as your name may be provided to the relevant sustainable partner only if you give us your consent.
3.
