■ Return Method
After receiving your reply confirming that your return has been accepted, please check the following points and return the item within 10 days of the application date.
- Please write the purchaser's name, address, and phone number accurately, using strong writing pressure so that they can be seen on the shipping label, and then return the item.
・Please be sure to return the item using a method that allows for tracking, such as courier service such as Yu-Pack, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express.
■ Notes on refunds
In the case of credit card payment, we will cancel the payment as soon as we have confirmed the return of the product. We will notify you by email once the process is complete. Please note that the timing of the process may differ depending on the credit card company.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will be unable to cancel or refund your order if the product has been lost or discarded.
